Annia Zavala is the Founder and President of TheLatinaPro®

Annia was born in Brownsville, Texas, and grew up in San Fernando, Tamaulipas, Mexico. After finishing high school, Annia and her family moved to Texas where she studied Marketing at the University of Texas RGV.

After graduating, Annia moved to Austin, Texas to begin her professional career where she worked for the Texas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and where she surrounded herself with corporate professionals who represented their companies in the growing Latino market in the United States.

With more than 14 years working as Corporate Vice President for a

Fortune 100 company, Annia has had the opportunity to meet and surround herself with successful Latina Women who have inspired her to always continue to grow personally and professionally.

After moving to Miami and having to travel frequently for work, Annia founded TheLatinaPro® in February 2017 with the purpose of meeting and sharing with other professionals and entrepreneurs in Miami; there, TheLatinaPro® was born, since then, the organization has united women to more than 2,6has united more than 2,600 women with the same passion to empower themselves

I truly believe that all of our experiences lead us to discover our calling.

Women have so many ways to support each other and our instincts help us know which paths to take. When we bring our experiences and our hearts together, we create a powerful circle where, with each other's support, we can break down any barrier that emerges.

I am beyond grateful to all the people who have supported us at TheLatinaPro® and who have believed in our mission.
