We look forward to expanding the world of opportunities and growth for Latina women anywhere in the world. Together, in Community, is always better!
We are an international movement of Latina women.
We promote the holistic growth for women through content, events, and virtual and in-person training in English and Spanish to encourage the creation of new community opportunities, all within the same platform.
Founded in 2017 and based in Miami, we have managed to impact more than 15,000 women and carried out more than 120 successful events where we promote educational, social and growth topics for today's professional women.

TheLatinaPro® has become a point of reference for Latina professionals looking to connect, share experiences and learn from other women in their fields.
