How to co-create the life of your dreams?

Have you ever wondered how we can communicate by phone over a distance? How laws like gravity work the same no matter where in the world you are?

Have you ever wondered how we can communicate by phone over a distance? How laws like gravity work the same no matter where in the world you are? Similarly, there are laws or principles that have been present for thousands of years and are deeply connected to you, to what you feel, to what you think. These are principles that never fail or change; however, we, as humans, have the ability to change, to use or not use these laws to our advantage.

Perhaps you've heard about the law of attraction because it's one of the most mentioned, but it is a secondary law. I want us to focus on the root of the root, the law of vibration, which tells us that everything that exists (tangible or intangible) is in motion, vibrating with a specific frequency. Every time you call a loved one from a distance, this is truly possible because both of you connect to the same frequency that allows this connection.

The law that complements this idea is the Law of Resonance, which tells us that everything in a specific vibrational frequency connects or resonates with that which is in a similar frequency.
A low frequency will always be what is heavy, painful, connected to emotions of fear, anger, unlike the elevated frequency that is connected to love, joy.

If we ground these laws, the same happens in different areas of our lives; our entire environment is in motion and connected to us because they vibrate at a similar frequency to ours.

Let's make this super practical.

Exercise #1

Observe this life circle. Identify from 1 to 10 how you feel in each area. Be honest with yourself.

This exercise makes us aware of our current reality, and if you combine it with the law of vibration and the law of resonance, you will understand that all of this reality is as it is thanks to you, to who you are being. If you can see this, there is no way to victimize ourselves about what we don't like, and the only thing left is to accept and embrace the life situation as it is, to focus our attention on our power to internally change our vibration to align it with what we desire in our lives.

But how do we do that? For this, it is important to consider three basic principles:

  • It's not just about our dreams coming to us, but about getting on their level. Only then will we be aligned with their frequency, and for this, we need to step out of our comfort zone, take different actions, enter the unknown
  • Emotion is the awareness of vibration. This means that how you feel most of the time directly impacts all areas of your life.
  • It's about BEING first, then DOING, and finally HAVING.

You have a great gift, the gift of the will to make things happen. The moment you make a firm and conscious decision, you will turn your decisions into a chain reaction in your favor until you create that momentum in your life.

Exercise #2:

  1. Looking at your life circle, set a maximum of 5 goals for the next 12 months involving the areas you want to improve. Write them down.
  2. Break down those goals into smaller 90-day achievable targets. Ask yourself, in the next 90 days, what achievable goals can I accomplish that will bring me closer to my annual objectives?
  3. Identify how you would feel achieving those goals. Feel it, hold onto that feeling within you, and be thankful because they are already a reality.

Remember: In you, emotion is the awareness of vibration.

Identify and transcend limiting beliefs

If you already know what you want, it's important to ask yourself, what has limited you?

Often,we have beliefs or mental ceilings that truly don't exist, and the only reason they don't change is that we don't make a voluntary decision to change them. Keep in mind that once you unlock these beliefs, you become unstoppable because the only thing that can stop you is within you.

Observe the cycle: Belief – Thought – Emotion – Action – Result. This result reaffirms your belief, and the cycle starts again

Action includes what you say and what you do, how you communicate, and project yourself. Your beliefs are always sending a signal outward, not necessarily of what you want but of what you believe. 

For example: If you frequently say, "I want to do this, but I don't have time, I don't have that capability, I need more money to do it, I need to know more to start, I don't feel supported," etc. Keep in mind that these are just beliefs; what limits you is only in your mind. The moment you make the voluntary decision to change them, you will start to act like a new person, and everything will begin to transform.

Exercise #3:

Constantly observe yourself, listen to how you talk about yourself, what you think of yourself, and identify if you are your best friend or your worst enemy.

The more aware you are of your beliefs, the weaker they become, and you can take action to change them through books, workshops, tools, podcasts with empowering information.

Use the great gift of your will. If you already know what you want, know what you should be thinking and feeling constantly. Legitimately use your will to consistently lead yourself to think and feel in the right way.

Create an action plan to enjoy your present moment:

Exercise #4:

Take your 90-day goals and break them down into smaller actions until you have a maximum of 3 daily progress actions. Enjoy each day and constantly remember that emotion.

The more joy you have in your life, the more open you are to receiving, so don't limit yourself from doing what you love, from loving yourself, from being your priority, from living for yourself, because the moment you do, you'll create an impact in your surroundings.
